If you find yourself in need of a temporary suspension due to seasonal changes or any other reason, simply reach out to our customer service team.
1. **Contact Us:** Give us a call or send us an email at least two weeks before the start of the month in which you wish to suspend service.
2. **Temporary Suspension:** We'll temporarily suspend your service for that month, and you won't be billed during the suspension period.
3. **Resuming Service:** When you're ready to resume service, just let us know, and we'll promptly reactivate your disposal service.
Monthly billing allows us to streamline our services, ensuring you only pay for the disposal services you need, when you need them. This approach not only benefits our seasonal customers but also provides enhanced flexibility for all our valued clients.
